Steve absolutely loves Sheppard’s Pie! He prefers a slightly harder crust than the soft mashed potatoes. We had lunch after a meeting at “Fit For Life” on St Laurent Street in Montreal and the Chief (She) said; that she mixes both Sweet Potatoes and White potatoes to make the crust. I used the recipe soon after for dinner at home.
